  This is a part culture of Assamese community. In Assamese, they call Zapi. This is a kind of big hat, it is used as like an umbrella, when a farmer works in the field then it is used to avoid from rain. It is made from bamboo which grows in Assam or northeast regions . But these type colorful zapi's are not in use as like an umbrella. It's  respected person is used in the applicable for honor in Assam. So it's the most valuable thing for Assam.

Today, you see uncountable educated unemployed youth and girls, men and women in Assam (India). No Govt. job or No private sector Jobs because of in Assam there is less industry estate. I think there 95% job less are every housewife because they are completely depend her husband, her every requirement she can't fulfil herself, so I think she must be make her side income with her after household work. So she can make part time business work two or three hour if government gives this type of opportunity than we can solve our unemployment many times less than today.
